Intended as a comprehensive service, our Meet and Greet smoothens and speeds up all airport administration procedures and starts before you even set foot on our shores.

Ahead of your arrival our team will have already sent, and helped you select, our range of service packages to help you choose the airport assistance that best suits your needs.

Once landed you’ll be welcomed by Ambiance team members who will not only present you with refreshments, flower garlands, and a cold towel, but will also handle all airport formalities and accompany you to your transfer.

Fast Track VIP Lounge – Arrival and Departure
For passengers travelling on a private jet, we offer a specialised Meet and Greet service at the airport’s VIP lounge.

Upon arrival, passengers receive a personalised greeting by General Aviation Mauritius Ltd (GAM) at the airport’s exclusive YU Lounge (reserved for VIP’s and VVIp’s) where they can freshen up after the flight and relax. Meanwhile, our team will handle every procedure and help fast track all airport formalities before being taken to your transfer vehicle.

The GAM VVIP arrival and Yu Lounge terminal are located in a separate terminal dedicated to the management of passengers travelling on private lines.

Included in our VIP Meet & Greet Package:

  • Welcome by the GAM team on the tarmac
